WalasTech has learned that the Infinix GT 50 Pro is set to launch in the Philippines, with local pricing now confirmed for the gaming-focused smartphone months after its global debut in April.

The device enters the local market with features aimed squarely at mobile gamers, including an advanced liquid cooling system, shoulder-style gaming triggers, and high frame rate gaming support.
Why it Matters: Gaming smartphones continue to carve out a stronger niche in the Philippines, especially as competitive mobile titles remain popular. Devices with dedicated gaming hardware are becoming a more serious option for users who want specialized features without stepping into ultra-premium pricing.
The GT 50 Pro’s biggest highlight is its HydroFlow Liquid Cooling system, designed to help keep temperatures in check during long gaming sessions.
Gaming remains the clear focus here. The smartphone supports a 144FPS gaming ecosystem for supported titles and includes Pressure-Sense GT Triggers, giving players shoulder-button style controls for quicker in-game reactions.
Under the hood, the device runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset, paired with Infinix’s self-developed N1 network chip, which is claimed to improve signal stability in weaker coverage areas.
The GT 50 Pro also brings ray tracing support for supported gaming workloads while continuing the aggressive cyber-inspired GT design language introduced during its global unveiling.
