Samsung has also improved Nightography, bringing Low Noise Mode to the 12MP selfie camera for clearer shots in dim environments. The A56 5G benefits from an upgraded wide camera that enhances low-light performance.
During our hands-on, photos captured in daylight were sharp and vibrant, with accurate colors. The A56 5G’s ultra-wide lens provided a noticeable difference in field of view, making it the better option for landscape photography. Low-light shots also showed improvement, thanks to the enhanced Nightography features.
Performance and Battery
The Samsung Galaxy A36 5G and A56 5G are powered by different chipsets. The A56 5G runs on the Exynos 1580, while the A36 5G is equipped with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 Mobile Platform. Both processors handle daily tasks smoothly, from multitasking to gaming.
During our tests, both phones performed well under regular use, with minimal lag when switching between apps. Gaming on the A56 5G felt slightly smoother due to its optimized chipset and larger vapor chamber, which helps maintain performance during extended sessions.
